rtylr POS

Fire courses to the right station. Split a check seven ways. Take Apple Pay, gift cards, house accounts. Keep running when the WiFi goes down. Built for the pace of real service, not a demo video.

What is rtylr POS?

rtylr POS is the point-of-sale app inside rtylr, built for restaurants and retail businesses running one location or twenty. It handles tickets, course firing, check splits, tips, modifiers and card payments, and it keeps taking orders when the connection drops. Because it writes to the same database as inventory, staff and accounting, a sale moves stock and revenue without an export.

WHAT IT DOES

What does a register
have to get right?

Tickets that keep up

Split, merge, combine. Send courses to the right station. Fire when you say fire.

Every payment method

Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay, cash, gift, comp, house account. One register handles all of it.

Tips, tabs, and splits

Seat-level splits. Auto-gratuity. Pre-auth tabs. Tips hit payroll the next morning.

Works when the internet doesn’t

Full offline mode. Queues transactions locally and syncs the moment you’re back online.

Questions about rtylr POS

Does rtylr POS work offline?

Yes. rtylr POS keeps a full local copy of the menu, modifiers and active orders. When the internet drops, the register keeps taking orders, printing tickets and processing cash. Card transactions queue and settle automatically once the connection returns, so a Saturday night outage does not stop the floor.

What hardware works with rtylr POS?

rtylr POS runs on iPad, Android tablet and Windows or macOS desktop. It pairs with Epson and Star receipt printers, standard barcode scanners, Zebra and Symbol scanners for retail, and Stripe Terminal, Clover and Square card readers. See rtylr.com/hardware for the tested list.

Can rtylr POS handle multi-location restaurants?

Yes, on the Pro plan and above. Each location gets its own menu, pricing, staff and reporting, and the owner gets one consolidated dashboard across every site. A menu change can be pushed to all locations at once or tuned per location.

What does rtylr POS replace?

The register, and the work that usually sits behind it: the stock count someone redoes by hand, the tips spreadsheet that feeds payroll, and the end-of-day export into accounting. Because the POS writes to the same database as ERP, HR and Finance, a sale updates stock and revenue as it happens rather than overnight.
