Drag-to-publish schedules. Clock-in from the POS. Payroll that rolls up tips, hours, and deductions on its own. Compliance flags before they become violations. Software that treats staff like people, not line items in a spreadsheet.
rtylr HR is the people app inside rtylr, for teams with shift workers, hourly staff or both. It covers employee records, scheduling, shift swaps, time off, payroll calculation and compliance documents. A person is created once: the schedule, the pay run and their POS login all read that same record, so a new hire is not entered in four different places.
Drag, drop, publish. Staff get texts the moment a shift posts. Conflicts caught before they ship.
Clock in from the POS. Biometric, PIN, or geofenced. Auto-rounding and break enforcement built in.
Hours, tips, deductions, taxes, rolled up automatically. Direct deposit, pay stubs, filings handled.
One place for requests, approvals, and balances. Blackout dates, accrual rules, and coverage in one glance.
E-sign offer letters, W-4s and I-9s. Self-service docs, handbook, and training from day one.
Overtime rules, break audits, minor labor, fair workweek. Flags before they become violations.
“The first time my team saw payroll hit on a Monday morning without me opening a spreadsheet, I knew rtylr was different.”
rtylr HR handles employee records, scheduling, shift swaps, time-off requests, payroll runs and compliance documents. It supports restaurant-specific workflows including tip pooling, minor work-hour limits and split shifts, alongside general retail and services HR.
rtylr HR calculates gross-to-net pay, taxes and withholdings, and exports pay files compatible with Gusto, ADP and Rippling for filing. Direct filing through rtylr is on the roadmap. For now rtylr does the calculation and a third-party provider does the IRS filing.
Yes. Every staff member gets a mobile view of their schedule, time-off balance and shift swap requests. They can request a swap and submit time off from their phone without an admin account.
The scheduling tool, the time-off inbox, and the double entry that happens when a new hire is created in HR, again in payroll, again in the CRM and again in access control. In rtylr the person is created once and the schedule, the pay run and the POS login all read the same record.
