What is rtylr?

rtylr is an all-in-one business operating system for small and mid-sized companies: point of sale, ERP, HR, CRM, finance and project management on a single database. It is built for restaurants, retail and services businesses running 2 to 200 staff, across one location or twenty. The point is not that it is seven apps. It is that a sale moves stock, revenue and loyalty without anyone exporting a file.

THE PLATFORM

Not bundled. Not integrated. Built into the same platform from the first line of code, so a sale in POS updates inventory, payroll, and the P&L in the same breath.

POS

Point of sale

Tickets, tables, splits, tips, and every payment type. The register that keeps up with real service.

Explore →

ERP

Inventory

Recipe-linked depletion, supplier management, auto-reorder. Your shelves tell the database.

Explore →

HR

People & payroll

Scheduling, clock-in, payroll, time off, compliance. The people side, without the paperwork.

Explore →

CRM

Customers & loyalty

Profiles, segments, campaigns, and loyalty, fed live by every receipt your POS writes.

Explore →

Finance

Books that close themselves

Invoices, expenses, sales tax, and a live P&L. Every sale reconciles in real time.

Explore →

Flow

Projects & tasks

Kanban, automations, and tasks linked to the actual invoice, customer, or shift they belong to.

Explore →

Insights

Analytics across everything

Revenue trends, customer cohorts, labor margin. Every number pulled live from every other app.

We used to close the books on the 8th of every month. Now we close them on the 2nd - nothing needs reconciling.

Layla Ahmed
Owner, Byblos Kitchen

A customer hit 20 visits and rtylr sent the thank-you email on its own. My manager asked if I set it up. I didn't.

Karim Mansour
General Manager, The Terrace

The internet went down on a Saturday night with 200 tables. The cashier didn't stop. I didn't expect software to handle that.

Tarek Zein
Owner, Mountain Café

Schedules used to live on WhatsApp. Now shifts go out in four taps and payroll runs automatically every Sunday night.

Sara Halabi
Operations Manager, Urban Chain

Switching from the old system saved us roughly $600 per branch per month. And that's before I count the add-ons.

Nadine Farhat
Founder, Fresh Market

The task is linked to the invoice, the customer, the shift. I stopped opening four tabs for four apps - I just open Flow.

Checkable

What we can prove.

Six claims you can verify from a browser tab or a terminal, and five things rtylr does not do yet. Nothing here needs a sales call to confirm.

One database, not seven integrations

POS, ERP, CRM, HR, Finance and Flow read and write the same records. A sale depletes stock and lands in the ledger as it happens, because there is no second system to sync to.

Every page is readable by a machine

Ask any URL on this site for Markdown instead of HTML and you get Markdown, with the correct Vary header. No scraping, no rendering, no JavaScript.

Check it: curl -H "Accept: text/markdown" https://rtylr.com/pos/

The whole site is indexed as data

A machine-readable index of every page on the site, with titles and descriptions, generated at build time. It cannot drift from the site, because the site is what generates it.

Check it: https://rtylr.com/pages.json

All 7 apps on every plan

No module upsells and no per-app licence. The plans differ by how many people and locations you run, not by which parts of the product you are allowed to open.

Check it: https://rtylr.com/pricing/

The Free plan needs no card

Ten team members at one location, all 7 apps, no payment method and no trial clock. It is a plan, not a countdown.

An OpenAPI document, published

This site publishes a spec for its own endpoints as OpenAPI 3.1. It covers the marketing site, not the product API, and it is linked here so nobody has to guess which.

What rtylr does not do yet

  • Prices are not published. The Free plan is free; Pro and Scale are quoted.
  • No integration is live yet. /integrations/ lists what is planned and marks every entry Coming soon.
  • Payroll filing is not ours. rtylr HR calculates pay and exports files for Gusto, ADP or Rippling to file.
  • Complex accounting still wants a ledger. Multi-entity consolidation and heavy audit trails are better served by QuickBooks or Xero, and rtylr Finance exports to both.
  • The apps are in English. Arabic and French are being written, not translated, and are not shipped yet.

Questions about rtylr

The six things buyers ask first. Answers are on the page, not hidden behind markup.

What is rtylr?

rtylr is an all-in-one business operating system for small and mid-sized businesses. It bundles point of sale, ERP, HR, CRM, finance and project management into one platform, so a team stops stitching a register, a spreadsheet, an accounting tool and a task tracker together. Built for restaurants, retail and services businesses running 2 to 200 staff.

How much does rtylr cost?

rtylr has not published its prices yet. The Free plan is genuinely free, needs no card, and covers 10 team members at one location with all 7 apps, so you can run a location on it today. Pro and Scale are quoted: tell us your team size and how many locations you run. See rtylr.com/pricing for what each plan includes.

Can I use only one app from rtylr, or do I need all of them?

You can use any single app on its own. Flow, Finance or HR each work standalone, with their own login, settings and team. The reason to run more than one is shared data: customers from CRM reach the POS, staff from HR reach the schedule, and POS revenue reaches Finance without an export. It is never required.

Does rtylr replace my point-of-sale system?

Yes. rtylr POS is a full-service register for restaurants and retail. It handles tickets, splits, tips, modifiers, inventory counts, offline mode and receipt printing on certified hardware. It runs on iPad, Android tablet and desktop, and it syncs in real time with the rest of the platform, so a sale moves stock without an export.

Is my data mine?

Yes. Every rtylr account exports clean CSVs of customers, orders, staff, invoices and inventory at any time from the settings page, with no support ticket. Data lives in the EU or US region, your choice. See rtylr.com/trust for compliance detail and rtylr.com/legal/security for the security architecture.

What does rtylr replace?

For most businesses that adopt it: a register, an inventory sheet, a scheduling tool, a payroll export, a customer list and an accounting package. The claim rtylr makes is not that each of those is worse on its own. It is that running them separately means the same number is entered more than once, and the versions disagree.
